If you're still checking up on this website every now and then you've noticed almost no activity.  I know I said I should have time for this now but here in the last month I've gotten really sick with a bad case of appendicitis.  The infection went on too long and I ended up with an abscess on my appendix.  It got so big that they couldn't actually take it out yet.  So they drained it and I was in the hospital for 10 days.  I go back in about three weeks for them to take my appendix out.  SO...with being sick and what not that's why nothing has been going on.  I'm still looking for someone to take this completely over if they would like.  Right now I'm at a place for maybe working for another site.  Recently I've become a fan of the Twilight series so maybe I'll work for a fansite of  that.  NOW this doesn't completely mean I'm giving up, but right now I just need someone to take over temporary.

Oh and for an update on things.
Schools finally coming to an end for this year.  I will probably have time to work more on this site this summer.  BUT if you are interested in helping, helping A LOT, or maybe even taking over shoot me an e-mail at tucker [at] dumbledoresphoenix [dot] com.  If you don't already know I'm going to be Editor-in-Chief in Yearbook next year.  I will be extremely busy with that and it will probably cut down on the amount of time I can work on this site.  Of course I would still be a staff member of this site and occasionally post news, but as the full blown owner of it I don't know if that will work.  Just let me know!

I just thought I'd let any Harry Potter fans know that there's this awesome podcast called Mugglecast, ran by Mugglenet.com. I've been listening to this podcast for probably about a year and half now and it rocks! I suggest it to any Harry Potter fan who likes to listen to other peoples opinions.

Warner Brothers have released a hi-res promo picture for the upcoming Half-Blood Prince. It can be seen via RonandHermioneSource.com.

On a related note, Warner Brothers is holding a competition for US residents to attend the Half-Blood Prince premiere. You must be aged between 6 to 14, and one winner will fly to Hollywood and walk the red carpet at the premiere of the film in November. The competition closes on May 1st. Reported by The Telegraph, Dame Maggie Smith is fighting a private battle against breast cancer.  For those of you that don't know she plays Professor McGonagall in the Harry Potter movies.

"She is dealing with it in her typically brave and understated way," one of her friends tells The Telegraph. "She has had a tumour removed and subsequently completed a course of chemotherapy. This was precautionary and the prognosis looks good. The last thing she wants to do is to make a fuss about it."

According to the Los Angeles Times the long-rumored news that "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" will be split into two films, is true. The film will be directed by David Yates from a script by Steve Kloves.

The report cites producer David Heyman and says the official announcement will be made tomorrow by Warner Bros. The films, simply titled "Part One" and "Part Two," will be released in November 2010 and May 2011 respectively.

In a new interview, director David Yates has revealed he is interested in directing the film adaptation of Deathly Hallows.

Interviewed by Empire Magazine, David Yates said "I'm tempted" when asked about the possibility of returning to direct Deathly Hallows.

Although there's still a lot left to film for Half-Blood Prince, he admits that every day he works on the film is a "joy" and that everyday "he talks about" directing Deathly Hallows.

For those of you that havn't heard of the accusation, she was accused of dating Johnny Borrell, a Razorlight member.  This is what she said:

"This week is Fashion Week and although I have been filming during the day I managed to make it to the Burberry and Vanity Fair party at the National Portrait gallery. The photographs were so beautiful and I was chuffed with the book of all them that they gave me.
